Creativity

Our creativity is no less than who we truly are. I realise now that, for me at least, creativity is not a luxury but a necessity - one of the most important reasons that I exist...


Creativity is located in the right hemisphere of the brain.


I have always been interested in writing and painting. But I always felt guilty for doing those things; like I had more important things I should do with my time. In the past, when I was 17 years old, I briefly entertained the idea of being a creative professional, but some conception of practicality always stifled those dreams. I have realised that I often starve myself of creative outlets in the same way I starve myself of connection with others and my Self.


My Higher Power created me, and as a creation, I am designed to co-create with my Higher Power, myself, and others.


All my time and energy spent in the fantasy of the illusion that is the dysfunctional world, was simply a misuse of my divinely implanted creative energy. I am learning to direct that creative energy toward beauty, and to share it with others through my writing.

The right hemisphere of the brain's function is associated with creativity, emotion, and intuition - that's why it's thought of as the artistic side of the brain. It's also thought to be the home of your subconscious mind (the part of your brain that runs autonomously or subconsciously), which is essentially the same as the soul, who may or may not have been awakened.


Mary Daly said that “It is the creative potential itself in human beings that is the image of God.”

We can ask our Higher Power, for today, to help us honour the creative intelligence that is within us. It is in this way that we create our real Selves, to embrace our authenticity over our attachment wants and needs. This is how we take off our mask. This is how we become whole, integrated, real, authentic, and it is how we birth our own saviour - ourselves. 


Speak in such a way that others love to listen to you: Listen in such a way that others love to speak to you.


George Bernard Shaw wrote that “Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” Are you ready to change your mind?

I have a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College, Cambridge; a Master's Degree in Philosophy from Trinity College, Cambridge; a PhD Doctorate in Scientific Research from University College London (UCL); a Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) from The Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, London and have been a doctor and reconstructive trauma and cancer surgeon in London for 20 years. I have a number of other higher qualifications in science and surgery. I have published over 50 peer reviewed PubMed cited scientific journal articles, have been an associate editor and frequent scientific faculty member, and am the author of several scientific books. I have been awarded my Diploma in Transformative Life Coaching in London, which has International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accreditation, as well as the UK Association for Coaching (AC), and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I have been on my own transformative journey full time for over five years and I am ready to be your guide to you finding out who you really are and how the world works.
