Financial And Spiritual Abundance

There appears to be a falsely held belief that one needs to choose between financial abundance and spiritual abundance. The deep Truth is that not only are these concordant and compatible, but that in fact they are positively encouraging twins. In fact they turbo-boost each other. Success may exist in both domains simultaneously. They are not mutually exclusive. The key is to achieve balance.


There are many case histories demonstrating that if someone is entirely driven by financial abundance achievements, external validation, and accolades, at the expense of everything else, that everything else falls apart. Not only their spiritual life but also their entire life and their business. If you are reading this, then this is probably the case.


Financial abundance may be seen as a natural consequence of spiritual abundance, and is not in opposition to it. Financial abundance is a joyful side-effect of spiritual awakening.


A study was done in the 1930s looking at the top 10 richest people in America. At that time they were all men. They all achieved beyond their wildest dreams financially. However their personal lives were wrecked, completely disastrous, with divorce, nervous breakdown, suicide attempts, addiction within their families, being sued by their own relatives, and they went from rags to riches and riches to rags in one generation.



The key to this is abundance: Realising that financial and spiritual abundance are not incompatible, and in fact are both essential to any kind of success. In this article I will present the evidence for this.


In fact, a spiritual approach to abundance not only leads to financial abundance but also multiplies it with infinite possibility.



Introduction

In our pursuit of financial well-being, we often encounter invisible barriers — mental and spiritual blockages — that hinder our ability to attract money. Let’s explore these obstacles and discover how to break free from them.


Watch out for your scarcity mindset

Believing there’s not enough to go around perpetuates scarcity. Shift to an abundance mindset instead of a lack mindset: Money flows freely, and opportunities are abundant.


Are you afraid of success?

Embrace growth in all its forms. Fear of success can sabotage your progress. Visualise your achievements and welcome them.


Know your self-worth

Know that you deserve abundance. Release guilt and self-sabotage. You are worthy of financial and spiritual prosperity.


Watch out for your inherited beliefs

Question family or cultural views about money. Create your own empowering beliefs.


Stop negative self-talk

Replace “I’ll never be rich” with affirmations like “I attract wealth effortlessly.”


Watch out for your attachment to poverty

Challenge the idea that struggle equals virtue and prosperity. Abundance aligns with your highest good.


Overcome your financial anxiety

Shift focus from worry to trust. Trust in the Universe and that money flows to you effortlessly and naturally.


Replace your sense of lack with gratitude

Appreciate what you have. Gratitude opens the door to more blessings and to Grace.


Spiritual balance

Balance practicality and spirituality. Attend to both your inner and outer wealth.


Connecting to your purpose

Align your financial goals with your life’s mission. Purpose fuels abundance. You are not meant to struggle.


Those who are stuck at an ego level will never achieve much. It's only half way up the ladder of success. This is true of bosses too. I know that some of my previous 'bosses' are firmly stuck in ego, and not only are their capability and ability limited by this, but they persist with this approach as they think that they are as high as they can go: Little do they know that they have reached their very limited pinnacle, unless they lose their ego. This has been shown by Hagberg, whom I reference here (click on this link).


Recommendations:
