Rumi said "Be like a tree, and let the dead leaves drop."


Free your mind from toxic and negative people, and instead spend time with beautiful souls who are wise and like-minded. You will know who they are when they come into your life.


Relationships should guide you, not hurt you. 


Surround your Self with people who reflect the person you want to be and truly are. 


Choose friends who you are proud to know, people you admire, who love you, respect you, people who make your day brighter simply by being in it. They are not as rare as you may think.


Life is too short to spend time with people who try to suck the joy out of you. Stay away from the joy-suckers! When you free yourself from negative people, you free your Self to be YOU, and being YOU, is the only way to truly live.


The more you are motivated by unconditional love, the more fearless and free your actions will be. Surround your Self with people who emanate effulgent light. And remember to be as kind to your Self as you are to others. Make peace with your Self and set your Self free from your past. Fuck the past. Make peace with your past. Live in the present moment. Believe in your Self and know that there is something inside you that is bigger than any obstacle. You can't start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading the last one. Make today count. One you stop accepting breadcrumbs, the Universe will send you the whole loaf.


I believe there are no random meetings in our lives - that everyone we touch, who touches us has been put in our path for a reason. 


The briefest encounter can open a door or heal a wound. Authentic connection has the power to transform you.



Be someone who knows how to be kind in a world that can often seem relentlessly unkind. 


Be someone who still believes in love, no matter how many times love has let you down, who chooses openness over narrowness, who loves harder than the hate around them. 


You won’t remember the days you were cold and distant from the world, you will remember the moments that took your breath away, the memories that made you laugh, the people who inspired you, the things that moved you. 


Always choose love over hate because in the end, love is all there is.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College, Cambridge; a Master's Degree in Philosophy from Trinity College, Cambridge; a PhD Doctorate in Scientific Research from University College London (UCL); a Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) from The Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, London and have been a doctor and reconstructive trauma and cancer surgeon in London for 20 years. I have a number of other higher qualifications in science and surgery. I have published over 50 peer reviewed PubMed cited scientific journal articles, have been an associate editor and frequent scientific faculty member, and am the author of several scientific books. I have been awarded my Diploma in Transformative Life Coaching in London, which has International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accreditation, as well as the UK Association for Coaching (AC), and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I have been on my own transformative journey full time for over five years and I am ready to be your guide to you finding out who you really are and how the world works.
