Someone recently said to me “As you say correctly many people are suffering throughout life and have no idea why. You have found the meaning of life which takes others much longer, if ever.”
My first reaction was have I? I meditated on this and this is what came up.

What is the meaning of life?
The meaning of life, in four parts is:
Finding your God-given purpose. This is what gives your life true meaning and is part of discovering who you are. When you feel aligned to your purpose you may feel a tingling sensation of total wellbeing: For me it’s in my hands and feet and lower abdomen, sometimes in my heart. It’s a gorgeous feeling and you will know once you have felt it. For this you must take the ‘Hero’s Journey’. No-one can take it for you: Although you will need a guide. This is your search for purpose and meaning. Someone, somewhere, is depending on you to do what God has called you to do. And they may be legion.
Discovering who you truly are once all the accolades and categories on your CV are removed. These are simply elements of external validation so they don’t mean that you love your Self: They often come from a place of lack. They are what drives us but do not define us. You are worthy because of who you are not what you do or have. Who you are BEing is your true worth. This is how you will find inner peace. This is a journey of looking within. Have a daily spiritual practice to guide you through prayer and meditation. This is a journey from ego to true Self, from pain to peace. Materialism is the fools gold of recovery. Any lasting material gain must be preceded by spiritual growth. If not, we are merely casting pearls before swine. We create false idols we believe will fill the hole in our soul that only God can repair. Once you have achieved spiritual growth, that is when true abundance in all its forms is manifested. Once you truly the spiritual path there is no turning back.
Finding how the world truly works: We are not given a programme for living: Step in spirituality. Be open, honest, willing, vulnerable, unconditionally loving, compassionate, forgiving, and joyful. This is how you become aligned to your Truth, which is simply a feeling of spiritual bliss. Spirituality is a core nourishment of the human soul. Be present: Be here, now.
Serving others in line with God’s will. ‘Thine will, not mine, be done.’ The main component of control is insanity. We can’t fight the Universe: We need to surrender. As you give to the world, so the world will give to you. Remove the bondage of self-will. Deflate your ego daily by serving others with humility.
The road to heaven initially feels like hell and the road to hell initially feels like heaven.

That’s it. There is no more to it. That’s the meaning of life. You are welcome!
I see you, I hear you, I see the divine in you.
Speak in such a way that others love to listen to you: Listen in such a way that others love to speak to you.
Namaste.
