What Would You Like to Bring To The Discussion Today?

As a coach, my first question is often "What would you like to bring to the discussion today?" Each coaching session is a fresh look at whatever is going on for you. What is going on for you today? What problem are you facing that you would like to solve today? Every problem has a solution: But, it's never until you verbalise it to another person who is listening very deeply that you hear it for your Self.


"What would you like to bring to the discussion today?"


The solution to every problem is who are you BEing when you are facing the problem. If you choose to step into your Higher Self rather than remaining stuck in your ego, you lose all your fear, gain clarity and intuition, and you create and respond from this place, rather than react, in your own time.


What action do you need to take to solve your problem? The key here is that what you do is secondary to who you are BEing. Once you choose your Higher Self, the doing flows automatically from who you are, like a river flowing from its source. And it is a choice. We just don't think it is because our ego screams in our ear to choose their path. But that path leads to disaster. The ego is a liar. In the battle between your ego and your Higher Self, your soul is always the sole survivor. This is a journey from ego to Self. We will awaken your Higher Self. What is your highest possibility?


Transformative life coaching (TLC) uniquely creates and holds the space for you to see your self afresh, with clarity, and step into new ways of BEing, which will transform how you perceive and intuitively create your world. My work is to guide you to raise your own conscious awareness to the level that you want to achieve. This is what coaching with me looks like. I will never judge you. I have a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College, Cambridge; a Master's Degree in Philosophy from Trinity College, Cambridge; a PhD Doctorate in Scientific Research from University College London (UCL); a Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) from The Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, London and have been a doctor and reconstructive trauma and cancer surgeon in London for 20 years. I have a number of other higher qualifications in science and surgery. I have published over 50 peer reviewed PubMed cited scientific journal articles, have been an associate editor and frequent scientific faculty member, and am the author of several scientific books. I have been awarded my Diploma in Transformative Life Coaching in London, which has International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accreditation, as well as the UK Association for Coaching (AC), and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I have been on my own transformative journey full time for over five years and I am ready to be your guide to you finding out who you really are and how the world works.
